Your Role as Store Manager:

As the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, spearhead operations, motivate your team, and deliver a client experience that delights and inspires. You’ll turn opportunities into achievements by fostering connections, driving results, and keeping the energy high — all while launching and leading a brand-new store in a vibrant new market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Coach, guide, and energize your team with feedback and clear expectations, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Motivate and coach your team members to drive sales performance.
  • Drive Results: Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to maximize productivity and create an impactful client experience.
  • Champion Innovation: Execute events and initiatives that build loyalty, attract clients, and showcase our brand’s unique personality.
  • Foster Connection: Engage with clients and employees, ensuring feedback and trends are communicated effectively to enhance the brand.
  • Maintain Excellence: Keep the store visually captivating, fully stocked, and operating at peak efficiency.
  • Work Entrepreneurially: Monitor key metrics, manage payroll, and control expenses to meet and exceed goals.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of retail experience including some supervisory or management experience
  • Practical experience and knowledge in managing retail teams and operational processes 

Vacancy Type: New
Salary Band: $55,000 - $60,000
In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.  
   
If your experience does not meet or exceeds these role requirements, this salary band may be adjusted accordingly in the event that an employment offer is made.
