Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a detail-obsessed, hands-on team player with a passion for craftsmanship and quality to join our Regina HQ team as a Production Coordinator!
About the Role
Our Production Coordinator plays a vital role in bringing H&B jewellery to life. You'll support every corner of our Supply Chain — from inspecting incoming shipments and assembling product, to picking inventory and shipping orders that surprise and delight our clients. In this role, you will have a real impact. The work you do ensures every piece of H&B jewellery meets the standard our clients expect, and that every order — whether it's a retail replenishment, a wholesale shipment, or a single online order to a first-time customer — leaves our headquarters the right way.
What You'll Do
- Process, review, and inspect supplier and internal shipments against H&B and contracted quality standards.
- Identify, document, and escalate quality concerns when standards are not met.
- Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Assemble H&B jewellery and ensure all products are correctly packaged, labelled, and tagged.
- Pick raw inventory and prepare production kits to keep our build process moving.
- Complete inventory-related tasks including cycle counts, investigations, and re-organization — communicating all discrepancies as necessary.
- Pick, stage, pack, check, and ship orders including online, donation, wholesale, and retail store orders.
- Assist with confirming incoming and outgoing supplier shipments.
- Support training and onboarding for seasonal and new employees on all tasks.
What You Bring
- Typically a High School Diploma and up to 1-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Basic job knowledge of systems and procedures, supported by familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- A high level of attention to detail, with steady hands and sharp close-up vision for precise, hands-on work.
- Proven ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- A team-first mindset and a genuine commitment to quality — you take pride in doing things right.
Vacancy Type: Existing
Salary Band: $34,500 - $36,000 CAD
Location: Regina, SK
If your experience does not meet or exceeds these role requirements, this salary band may be adjusted accordingly in the event that an employment offer is made.
