Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company is seeking a Merchandising Consultant to join our dynamic Design & Product team in Victoria, BC! In this collaborative role, you’ll help shape our product line by aligning design vision with sales, inventory, and margin goals—ensuring the right product reaches the right place at the right time.

What you can expect in this role

Lead the product development process to ensure timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
Monitor product KPIs and identify opportunities for new products and improvements.
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for design and pricing decisions.
Collaborate on assortment strategies that align with brand and creative goals.
Manage product samples, internal product data, and historical catalogues.
Analyze trends and performance data to inform buying and merchandising decisions.
Support lifecycle management of SKUs, focusing on productivity and margin optimization.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to uphold product quality and cost standards.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide product strategy.
Prepare forecasts, reports, and sales tools to support internal teams.
Assist with administrative tasks and CEO-related content as needed.
Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
