Your Role as Inventory Planning Coordinator: 

This role plays a vital part in driving the success of our core product portfolio by managing inbound shipments, preparing forecasts, and ensuring effective store allocations. Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers, you will facilitate seamless communication across internal teams and help enhance our operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding purchase orders, shipping schedules, and product tracking. 
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders; track delivery status and update internal teams including supply chain, marketing, wholesale, and finance. 
  • Develop and manage monthly forecasts for the core product portfolio. 
  • Upload and manage weekly store product allocations. 
  • Support production and distribution with production orders, shipment reporting, and inventory management tasks. 
  • Assist the product design team with tracking samples, ordering raw materials, and related inventory activities. 
  • Maintain accurate data records in the ERP system and attribute lists. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation tools and technology. 
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and build high-trust relationships across the organization. 

What You Bring: 

  • 3 + Years of proven experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or a similar role. 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent tools); experience with automation or process improvement tools is a plus. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple timelines, and meet deadlines. 
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
 
 
What You’ll Earn: 

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 CAD  

Your compensation will reflect your experience, education, and skill set, ensuring you’re rewarded for the expertise you bring to the role.
