- Build full‑funnel paid media strategies grounded in clear KPIs
- Analyze performance data to surface insights and drive improved ROAS, CPA, and client acquisition
- Conduct A/B tests on creative, messaging, and landing pages
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to align storytelling, visuals, and brand voice
- Support content needs using tools like Canva
- Contribute to developing and optimizing an affiliate program

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, with strong hands‑on execution in paid media platforms
- Comfort setting up campaigns, optimizing budgets, interpreting data, and reporting performance
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Post‑secondary education in Business/Commerce preferred
- Experience in retail or product‑based environments is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A desire to continually test, learn, and innovate

Salary Band: $60,000 - $85,000
In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.
