As Controller, you’ll be the cornerstone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You’ll lead a talented Finance team, shape processes, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and stability.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with impact: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance.
  • Be a mentor: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing Finance team.
  • Own the numbers: Produce timely financial reports, manage cash flow, and oversee AP/AR.
  • Innovate: Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency.
  • Strategize: Guide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate: Partner with senior leadership on risk management and decision-making.
  • Ensure integrity: Maintain internal controls and confidentiality of financial data.
  • Deliver excellence: Lead year-end reviews and tax filings with external accountants.

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA designation (required).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience, including manufacturing cost accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in planning, analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office.
  • Retail experience is an asset.
