As Controller, you’ll be the cornerstone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You’ll lead a talented Finance team, shape processes, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and stability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with impact: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Be a mentor: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing Finance team.
- Own the numbers: Produce timely financial reports, manage cash flow, and oversee AP/AR.
- Innovate: Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency.
- Strategize: Guide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate: Partner with senior leadership on risk management and decision-making.
- Ensure integrity: Maintain internal controls and confidentiality of financial data.
- Deliver excellence: Lead year-end reviews and tax filings with external accountants.
What You Bring
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA designation (required).
- 7–10 years of progressive experience, including manufacturing cost accounting.
- Strong proficiency in planning, analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office.
- Retail experience is an asset.
