Seasonal Distribution Center Coordinator

Description

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is looking for an individuals with a passion for team-work and a strong attention to detail to join our team as a full-time Seasonal Distribution Centre Coordinator at our Head Office in Regina!

Key Responsibilities 


In this role you’ll assist with the careful packaging of our quality products by accurately and efficiently coordinating, assembling, and shipping all orders to ensure timely delivery to our valued clients. 

As a Seasonal Distribution Centre Coordinator, you will work closely with the Manager of the Distribution Centre and Senior Distribution Centre Coordinator to prepare inventory orders for delivery to our retail locations across Canada and will support our marketing and design teams by facilitating the shipping and delivery of products and marketing materials.  

Experience & Availability Qualifications 


Working Periods
Candidates must be available to work 25-40 hours per week between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm CST
  • November 17th to December 8th
  • December 26th to January 6th

Typically requires a high school diploma and experience in a similar work environment with above average detail orientation and strong time-management skills. The ability to lift 45 pounds safely, use fine motor skills, and be on your feet standing or walking for long periods of time is required for this role.
