Seasonal Fulfillment Coordinator (E)
Description
Hillberg & Berk is a Canadian, women-owned jewellery brand, founded in Regina in 2007 and now with retail locations across the country. Every order that leaves our Distribution Centre is something someone has been looking forward to — a gift, a celebration, a treat. We're looking for detail-driven people who take that seriously and enjoy doing it as part of a team, to join us for our busiest season of the year.
What You'll Do
- As a Seasonal Distribution Centre Coordinator, you'll coordinate, assemble, and ship orders with the care our clients expect — packaging each piece accurately and getting it out the door on time.
- You'll work alongside the Manager of the Distribution Centre and our Senior Distribution Centre Coordinator to prepare inventory orders for our retail locations nationwide.
- You'll also support our Marketing and Design teams by shipping product and campaign materials where they need to be, when they need to be there.
When You'll Work
This is a temporary position working 40 hours per week, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST between October 7th and January 6th.

What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma and experience in a similar work environment
- Above-average attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- The ability to lift 45 pounds safely, use fine motor skills, and stand or walk for extended periods
