The Role
As the Head of eCommerce, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our online channel to drive growth, sales, client engagement, and brand loyalty. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and innovative digital shopping experiences while ensuring that Hillberg & Berk remains at the forefront of eCommerce trends in the jewellery industry. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with the company’s overarching business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end operation of the eCommerce platform, ensuring its functionality, user experience (UX), and scalability.
- Drive online sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing campaigns roll out, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to continuously improve the digital shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and retail teams to ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels.
- Lead website enhancements, including design updates and new feature rollouts, to maintain a cutting-edge platform.
- Manage and mentor the eCommerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in eCommerce leadership roles, preferably in the retail or fashion industries.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute successful eCommerce strategies that drive revenue and growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and UX best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities to optimize customer journeys and improve KPIs.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
