Description

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a Product Developer who is passionate about transforming creative ideas into high-quality products to join our team and lead the end-to-end development process, ensuring our products meet brand, quality, cost, and timing standards.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept to final sample approval.
Manage tech packs, prototypes, and sample feedback loops.
Source and validate materials, oversee fit and quality testing.
Translate design specifications into technical documentation.
Manage vendor communication and track development progress.
Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.

What You Bring:

6+ years of experience in product development or production management within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle categories.
Strong technical understanding of product construction and manufacturing.
Proven experience with vendor communication, sampling, and quality assurance.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range Starting At: $70,000

In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.
