Description
Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a Product Developer who is passionate about transforming creative ideas into high-quality products to join our team and lead the end-to-end development process, ensuring our products meet brand, quality, cost, and timing standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept to final sample approval.
- Manage tech packs, prototypes, and sample feedback loops.
- Source and validate materials, oversee fit and quality testing.
- Translate design specifications into technical documentation.
- Manage vendor communication and track development progress.
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in product development or production management within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong technical understanding of product construction and manufacturing.
- Proven experience with vendor communication, sampling, and quality assurance.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Salary Range Starting At: $70,000
In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.
