Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a highly organized, detail orientated Merch Coordinator to join our Product team in Victoria. The Merch Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support across our Design, Merchandising, Product Development team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations and projects across Product, Merchandising, and Design.
- Manage sample orders, purchase orders, and maintain accurate product data.
- Organize samples, materials, and development assets for seasonal planning.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare recaps, and track follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Serve as a communication link between internal teams and external vendors.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in product coordination, merchandising, or administrative support within a product-based company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Interest in developing within merchandising, product development, or supply chain.
Vacancy Type: New
Salary Band: $40,000 - $55,000
If your experience does not meet or exceeds these role requirements, this salary band may be adjusted accordingly in the event that an employment offer is made.
