Supply Chain Coordinator
Description
Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a highly organized, detail orientated and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team in Regina, SK. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage purchase orders, monitor costing, and serve as the primary liaison between factories and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring on-time delivery, cost accuracy, and smooth communication across the supply chain.
What You’ll Do
Purchase Order Management:
- Place POs based on demand plans
- Validate costing, PO details, and proforma invoices
- Track factory production schedules and lead times
- Coordinate logistics, including freight arrangements, customs clearance, and carrier tracking
Cost Management:
- Validate PO costs and maintain costing sheets for core items
- Monitor and report major cost fluctuations
Communication & Reporting:
- Act as the main point of contact with factories post-PO issuance
- Provide commercial updates and manage inbound delay notifications
- Support risk management, contingency planning, and continuous improvement
- Track vendor KPIs (on-time delivery, lead times, quality, costing)
- Assist with internal reporting (month-end, warranty, QC, NCR rates)
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of logistics or supply chain experience (freight booking, PO management, costing).
- Proficiency in Excel skill
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Vacancy Type: New
Salary Band: $50,000 - $60,000
In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.
If your experience does not meet or exceeds these role requirements, this salary band may be adjusted accordingly in the event that an employment offer is made.
